How do I get started?
Pick your link, add your first class and connect Stripe. That is the whole setup and it takes about ten minutes. You can put the link in your bio before you have finished — an empty page still tells people where to find you.
What does it cost?
No monthly fee. No commission. Card processing 1.5% + 20p (Stripe's standard rate). Customers pay a 50p + 5% booking fee on top of your listed price, which you can split or cover yourself instead. Stripe's card rate comes out of each payment before it reaches you; the booking fee is what pays for bookacla.ss. Outside the UK you price, charge and are paid in your own currency — US, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand dollars, or euros in Ireland — at Stripe's standard rate there.
How do I get paid?
Into your own bank, through your own Stripe account. Card and wallet payments settle to your Stripe balance and pay out on the schedule shown in Manage → Payouts. The money is yours from the moment it is paid; we never hold it.
Do the people booking need an app or a password?
Neither. They open your link, pick a class, pay, and the ticket arrives by email. Nothing to install and nothing to remember — which is most of the reason people finish booking.
Can I sell passes and blocks, not just single classes?
Yes. Set how many classes a pass covers, which of your classes it can be used on and when it expires, and it is redeemed at checkout like any other payment. On Pro you can also let people buy one monthly, renewing until they cancel.
What about one-to-ones?
Turn them on and people can request a time. You confirm it, they get a pay link, and the session appears in your schedule like any other class.
Can I bring people over from my current booking system?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of names, emails and any pass balances. We check it against your published classes, you confirm the import from your dashboard, and nobody is charged for the move.
What happens when somebody cancels?
Your cut-off decides. Before it, a paid booking is refunded in full and a pass credit goes back on the pass; after it, the place is released and the payment is kept. Whoever booked was shown the cut-off at the time.
